About H.B. No. 3061
About SB 2595
- “Relating to the creation of the criminal offense of harassing, intimidating, or threatening another person while concealing identity with a mask or other headgear.”
- Of course we don’t want anyone to be harassed, intimidated, or threatened, no matter what the aggressor is wearing.
- On the surface, this might look like a good bill; however, the way many legislators have been talking about masks, they are unconcerned with established hate groups and terrorist organizations and more concerned with college students who do not wish to get their fellow protesters sick.
what can i do?
